Bucks Rally Against Rockets

The Milwaukee Bucks trailed by as many as 16 points on the road against the Houston Rockets on Thursday night. Milwaukee trailed 87-78 entering the fourth-quarter.

Giannis Antetokoumnpo fouled out in the fourth-quarter, but other players stepped up for the Bucks. They outscored Houston 39-24 in the fourth-quarter and Milwaukee was able to win by a score of 117-111.

Antetokoumnpo finished the game with 30 points on 64.7 percent shooting. He also grabbed 13 rebounds, recorded 11 assists, one block, and one steal.

Wesley Matthews scored 14 points on 50 percent shooting. He grabbed four rebounds, recorded one assist, blocked one shot, and recorded two steals.

Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, and Eric Bledsoe each scored 11 points.

The Milwaukee Bucks bench scored 40 points. Ersan Ilyasova scored 13 points on 75 percent shooting. He also grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked one shot.

Pat Connaughton scored 10 points on 50 percent shooting. He grabbed four rebounds, recorded two assists, and blocked one shot.

This was also the debut of the James Harden-Russell Westbrook era in Houston. Westbrook scored 24 points on 41.2 percent shooting from the field. He also grabbed 16 rebounds, recorded seven assists, blocked one shot, and recorded two steals.

Harden scored 19 points, but he shot only 15.4 percent from the field. James Harden also grabbed seven rebounds, recorded 14 assists, blocked one shot, and recorded one steal.

P.J. Tucker scored 17 points on 60 percent shooting from the field. He also grabbed seven rebounds and blocked one shot.

Clint Capela recorded another double-double in his career with 13 points and 12 rebounds. He shot 50 percent from the field. Capela blocked three shots and recorded one steal.

The Houston Rockets bench scored 30 points. Eric Gordon scored 11 points on 21.1 percent shooting, He also grabbed one rebound.

Tyson Chandler scored 10 points on 83.3 percent shooting from the field. He also grabbed five rebounds.

This was the first game in a long time that Houston Head Coach Mike D’Antoni used 10 players in one game.

These two teams will play each other one more time this season.

The Milwaukee Bucks next game will be at home on Saturday afternoon against the Miami Heat. The Houston Rockets next game will be at home against the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night.
