So many critical games this week, Here’s some games your really don’t want to miss (ranked): ALL SATURDAY

  1. #2 Penn State at #6 Ohio State (-6.5 OSU, FOX 3:30ET): This will be the Buckeyes second true test this season. Ohio State has played well over their last couple games but i would consider their last 3 opponents (AT Rutgers, VS Maryland, AT Nebraska) Teams that the buckeyes should blowout. J.T Barrett can’t go out and play as he did in the Buckeyes first test (VS Oklahoma) or this game could get ugly fast. For Penn State, This is a must win because of the horrible out of conference schedule. This is a must watch for major college football fans.  THE PICK: OHIO STATE
  2. #14 NC State at #9 Notre Dame (-7.5 ND, NBC 3:30ET): I know, I picked two matchups at the 3:30ET slot. But this game has so much on the line for Notre Dame. If the Fighting Irish lose this game, any playoff hopes are done. These teams on paper are nearly evenly matched. This will come down to if Ryan Finley will be able to keep his great season up. 11-0 (TD-INT) and if the offensive line will be able to protect him against the Notre Dame defense that has played lights out lately. THE PICK: NC STATE
  3. Georgia Tech at #7 Clemson (-14 CLEM, ABC 8:00ET): Clemson is clearly the better and more talented football team there’s two reasons why this game is intriguing. 1) Tech’s triple option is very complicated and hard to defend. If the Tigers aren’t prepared to defend the triple option this will be a high scoring game. 2) After falling to the Syracuse Orange. The Tigers must win out, Another loss and their CFB Playoff hopes are done and the ACC likely misses the Playoffs.  THE PICK: CLEMSON
  4. #11 Oklahoma State at #22 West Virginia (-7.5 OKST, ABC 12:00ET): Finding a great game at the noon hour is almost impossible most weeks. But this game should be another great game. With both of these high powered offenses. I doubt we will any decent defense. as far as any meaning this game doesn’t have too much impact on the CFB Playoff. THE PICK: OKLAHOMA STATE
  5. Texas Tech at #10 Oklahoma (-20 OKLA, ESPN2 8:00ET): This matchup on paper is horrible, but the Sooners defense has been very inconsistent this season. And I could the Texas Tech finding its identity against a defense that’s been under average for over a month. I still expect Oklahoma to come out of this one but i don’t believe it will be a 20 point victory. THE PICK: OKLAHOMA
