According to multiple sources the 5th court of appeals ruled against Ezekiel Elliott. This most likely means his original six game suspension will go into place immediately.

Elliott and the NFLPA will file for an injunction in hopes that he can remain on the field.

The odds are looking very high that Elliott does not play the next six games. This would set Elliott up for a week 13 return.

Fantasy Implications:

Go pick up both Alfred Morris and Darren McFadden right now, both have RB2 upside until Elliott returns to the playing field.
