The Los Angeles Clippers bench scored 45 points. Lou Williams scored 20 points. He shot 36.4 percent from the field. Williams also grabbed seven rebounds and recorded four assists.
JaMychal Green scored 14 points. He shot 45.5 percent from the field. Green also grabbed 12 rebounds, blocked one shot, and recorded two steals.
Paul George was hoping he would return in this game for Los Angeles, but he will most likely make his season debut on Thursday night against the New Orleans Pelicans.
A lot of players in this game disappeared for the Los Angeles Clippers. For some reason, Patrick Patterson only played for four minutes in this game. He didn’t score a basket. Patterson only grabbed one rebound.
Montrezl Harrell was horrendous in this game. He only scored four points. Harrell shot 16.7 percent from the field. He also grabbed nine rebounds, recorded two assists, and blocked one shot.
Los Angeles’s Head Coach Doc Rivers was ejected in the fourth-quarter. I am not sure what the exact reason was why he was ejected from the game and what caused him to go off.
It was funny when Austin Rivers decided to taunt his dad about calling him up after he got ejected. Rivers played for him when he was with the Clippers a couple of years ago.
Maurice Harkless scored nine points. He shot 66.7 percent from the field. Harkless also grabbed three rebounds and recorded one assist.
Ivica Zubac scored seven points. He shot 42.9 percent from the field. Zubac also grabbed four rebounds and recorded two assists.
The biggest lead for Los Angeles in this game was seven points. The biggest lead for Houston in this game was 17.
These two teams will play each other two more times this season. The Los Angeles Clippers will play against the New Orleans Pelicans on the road on Thursday night. The Houston Rockets will play against the Indiana Pacers at home on Friday night.
