It’s almost that time again. The NFL regulsr season kicks off when the Kansas City Chiefs travel to Foxborough to face the defending Super Bowl champs, the New England Patriots. As fans, we always specualte in sports. Who is being dealt next? Who is going to win the Super Bowl? This article is no different. I will be predicting the 2017 NFL Honor awards. Feel free to comment or reply if you disagree.

NFL MVP: Dak Prescott QB DAL

This is kind of a dark horse pick. Obviously the 3 favorites (Brady, Rodgers, Carr) have to be in the discussion, but Dak’s rookie season is one that shouldn’t be ignored. With the O-Line in front of him, and Zeke running the ball anywhere and everywhere, I don’t see why Dak can’t turn in another magical season.
RUNNER UP: Tom Brady QB NE

Offensive Player of the Year: David Johnson RB ARI

David Johnson is one special player. He is by far the best player on the Cardinals, and I’d go even as far to say he may be the best player in the NFC. Quarterback Carson Palmer has seen his better days go behind him under center. This is Johnson’s team, and he’ll show why this season.
RUNNER UP: Julio Jones WR ATL

Defensvie Player of the Year: Khalil Mack EDGE OAK

Mack is an absolute beast on an otherwise lackluster Oakland defenseive squad. He is one of their few bright spots, and a huge reason why they went 12-4 in the previous campaign. His season should be no different from the rest.
RUNNER UP: Vic Beasley OLB ATL

Offensive Rookier of the Year: Joe Mixon RB CIN

Amid all of the allegation he had in his college days, Mixon was drafted by the Bengals in this past draft. He was a star in Oklahoma, and he should be a star in the NFL. He will add to what already is a very explosive Bengals offense this season.
RUNNER UP: OJ Howard TE TB

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Jamal Adams S NYJ

Unfortunately for you Jets fans, this is the only thing you guys will be winning for a long while. Adams was considered by many to be the best defensive porspect out of the draft. He will have the chance to shine in a heavily depleted Jets’ defense.
RUNNER UP: Rueben Foster LB SF

Coach of the Year: Anthony Lynn LA

Not many are picking the Chargers to be above .500 next season. Lynn and the Chargers will shock most, if not all fans outside of the Los Angeles area.
RUNNER UP: Dirk Koetter TB

Comeback Player of the Year: Keenan Allen WR LA

I mean he’s been so oft injured throughout his short career, so he has to win it once, no?
RUNNER UP: Desmond Trufant CB ATL
